Ingredients  for  1  cup

  • 20 gm • Chia
  • 1 tbsp • Raw Honey
  • 10 gm • Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 100 gm • Regular Oats
  • 1 gm • Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tbsp • Organic Peanut Butter
  • 50 gm • Dates
  • 1 gm • Coconut Flake

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix oats, flaxseed, cocoa powder, and salt.
    Add nut butter and honey, then stir until well combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips or chopped dates if using.
  • Roll into small balls (about 1 tbsp each).
  • Add the coconut flakes.
  • Place on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
