" I don’t like to workout
I don’t like to sweat.
Raquel came to my life and… I still don’t like to train and sweat but I love the feeling of accomplishment after a training.
Her work routine and attention to detail impressed me she’s very detailed and thorough.
Always checking if I am doing correctly always paying attention to my breathing (which is something I always struggled with) always alerting if I am not doing the exercise well to make sure I get it right and benefit from it.
In 3 months of training I still do new exercises and new routines so it’s never the same thing over and over and I like that a lot.
I love seeing the results and the feeling of I Am Not Giving Up is stronger and stronger!

" During Covid lockdown being aware of the risk of training in gyms and lacking the motivation to train by myself I’ve searched for a local PT in Doha with a friend. We were really lucky to find her because she accommodated the timings and location according to our preferences. Raquel truly cares about your personal well-being and is very supportive and motivating. Although we were 2 ladies training, Raquel has customised her sessions to fit each of our personal goals and has also given us advice in our diets following a monthly plan. During our training sessions, we have a lot of fun, and becomes something to look forward to every day. Personally, I’ve dropped fat percentage turning it into muscles and I’ve also increased my strength.
