  • 4 tbsp • Chia
  • 1 cup • Coconut Milk
  • 1 Fresh Mango
  • 2 tbsp • Raw Honey
  • 1 tsp • Vanilla Extract
  • 1 gm • Coconut Flake
  • 2 Fresh Mint
  • 0.5 Fresh Lime

How to Prepare

  • In a bowl or jar, mix chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla. Stir well to avoid clumps.
  • Let it sit for 10 minutes, then stir again.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight until it becomes thick and pudding-like.
  • Blend the mango with lime juice until smooth to make the puree.
  • Layer the chia pudding and mango puree in a glass or jar.
  • Top with toasted coconut and fresh mango if desired.
