We were really lucky to find her because she accommodated the timings and location according to our preferences. Slowly I started to regret this after my clothes got tighter.
My friend and I started looking online for a good personal trainer that can accommodate us both at the same time.
We then came across Raquels profile on Instagram, as you normally would we were a little worried about wasting money, thinking is the trainer good? Is this the best option ?
Until our first session with Raquel, i enjoyed it very much and felt comfortable. Even though I ache after her sessions it was good ache and felt very motivating. I loved that Raquel was friendly, always pushing me to train harder and very flexible if there was a specific body part I wanted to work on, also answering my many questions on nutrition and water intake. I learnt alot!
I feel I benefited from her sessions as I was a very lazy person before, my underactive thyroid did not help. I have definitely become stronger having higher energy levels, confidence and working out in the correct manner.
Exercising 3 times a week has also helped me watch what I eat which I'm hoping eventually leads to the weight loss I want.
